
The Abilene Cowboy Wrestling Team wrapped up the regular season with a 54-28 victory at Chapman, in a duel that lasted only 30 minutes. Up next, the Abilene and Chapman girls will compete in the first ever girl’s regionals at McPherson Friday and Saturday. The other girl’s regional site is in Paola. The Abilene and Chapman boy’s will next compete Friday the 21st and Saturday 22nd in Concordia. Abilene finished 3-2 in duels in the NCKL with the victory. Concordia defeated Clay Center 42-25 for their first league title since 1997.
