Earthquake shakes Junction City

A small earthquake shook Junction City late Thursday morning. The tremblor struck around 10:30 a.m. and registered a 2.7 magnitude, according to the U.S. Geological Survey’s Earthquake map. It was actually located within city limits. The USGS’s map shows the quake was centered at the intersection of N. Washington St. and W. 18th St.
